I started weight loss at Oasis Medical Group in July 2025 when I was 163.6 pounds and BMI 35.4. My goal was to achieve a normal BMI and be healthy. I would see myself in the mirror and ask myself how I got to this point. I was depressed and needed some help.
I have lost 33 pounds since September 2025 by using Mounjaro, changing diet, and exercising. I was initially trying to lose weight on my own, but was unsuccessful and needed a little push.
